CCC Group is happy to share the recent recognition of Kyle Branch, one of our Florida Regional Office crew members. An exemplary employee-owner, Kyle has outstanding skills, is committed to the overall success of our organization and prioritizes safety of the job site and of his fellow crew members. As a testament to Kyle’s dedication, we are pleased to acknowledge him with a CCC Group Gold Coin.

CCC Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of our Annual Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Managers Meeting, hosted by our Florida regional office. This important company event brought together EHS Managers from each of our locations in a collaborative environment for us to focus on continuous improvement within our company and for our clients.

The meeting featured a comprehensive review of best practices, a strategic discussion on our future goals and a presentation from guest speaker, Joe Alderdice, Sr. Mgr. Health & Safety at the Mosaic Company. This annual meeting reinforces our commitment to maintaining the highest EHS standards and provides a valuable opportunity for sharing our expertise internally and professional development.

A big thank you to everyone involved in making this event a success! Together, we are dedicated to a safe and healthy workplace.

July 4th marks the birth of US independence, a moment when bold leaders laid the foundation for a future built on freedom, hope and opportunity. Today we honor the spirit of independence and wish you and yours a safe, happy and memorable Independence Day!

It is with bold and intentional actions we go about the work of the CCC Group Foundation. In April we held the 2nd Annual Golf Tournament, the Foundation's main fundraiser, which allowed us to make significant donations to two organizations. United Way of Central Florida in Lakeland, Florida and Communities in Schools of the Coastal Bend in Corpus Christi, Texas were the 2024 recipients. Each organization was celebrated in a ceremony at the local CCC Group office with representatives from both the organization and CCC Group employees present.

From CCC Group, Monica Dandridge, Business Development Manager, and Art Briones, Group Manager eagerly welcomed representatives from United Way of Central Florida: Christina Criser Jackson - President & CEO, Ileana Kniss - Chief Development & Marketing Officer, Jes Garcia - Director of Executive Operations and Jordan LeVine - Sr. Director Corporate Philanthropy, during CCC Group's Monthly Florida Regional Office Leadership meeting.

In Corpus Christi, CCC Group's Doug House, Operational Executive and Trish Medina, Regional Admin Manager hosted Communities in Schools of the Coastal Bend representatives: Gloria Taylor - Chief Executive Officer, Christa Creek - Chief Program Officer and Case Managers Vanessa Martinez and Ruby Rosenbaum for lunch and a check presentation.

At each event we learned how impactful the Foundation's donation will be to so many individuals and families in the immediate areas. Formed in 2022, The CCC Group Foundation offers support to non-profit organizations in communities where CCC Group employees live and work. The Mission of the organization is to make a positive impact in the lives of others through bold and intentional actions. We are grateful for the support we have received and honored to be able to contribute to this year's organizations.

On this day of reflection, all of us at CCC Group extend our heartfelt appreciation and thank you to the members of the US Armed Forces who gave their life while serving our country. Each day, and today especially, we honor you.

Today we are closing out OSHA's annual National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction Week. As part of CCC Group's participation in this national event we held additional toolbox talks and safety meetings on job sites and extended our safety sessions to all of our office-based team members in our corporate and regional offices. Some of the topics we covered in the field were: falls from ladders, the right lanyard length and rescue, while in the office, we focused on trip hazards, correct footwear and distraction. At CCC Group, we appreciate additional opportunities like this week to reinforce safety practices and to keep safety both in the field and in the office at our forefront.

CCC Group is celebrating excellence in safety! We are happy to announce that we’ve been recognized with two awards from Mosaic, the Safety Excellence and Workhorse Safety Awards. This recognition acknowledges our dedication to the highest standards of safety on projects and is awarded to only a small number of Mosaic’s business partners. Thank you, Mosaic, for this incredible recognition. Together, we will continue to prioritize a safe workplace.

Golden Eagles are known for their strength and ability to soar to great heights, even above storms. They have keen eyesight and maneuverability to hone in on their target, to capture it at astonishing speeds and they are not intimidated by its size or strength. Earlier this year, we recognized four outstanding Operational Executives who met their 2023 business plan goals, so they were presented with CCC Group’s Golden Eagle Award. Julio Kuchnir, Operational Executive Houston, Jarod Lashley, Operational Executive CED, Jason Salazar, Operational Executive FMH and Alvaro Tijerina, who is now the Operational Executive Florida, were the year’s inaugural recipients. Additionally, Roger Crider, Chief Operating Officer was also recognized with a Golden Eagle for his effective oversight and leadership resulting in the company achieving our goals.

To better our organization and produce quality work for our clients, CCC Group understands the importance of effective leaders who inspire and work with their crews to soar to great heights to achieve common goals. We also believe it’s important to foster a sense of appreciation and recognition to reinforce accomplishments and instill pride in the work we do.

Exciting day at the Purdue Construction Advisory Council Meeting. Our very own Monica Bradley Vice President Human Resources, was honored to lead a thought-provoking roundtable discussion on Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. She then had the privilege of sharing key insights and feedback with fellow attendees. Tomorrow we'll be attending the Purdue School of Construction Management Technology Career Fair where we're looking forward to meeting many exceptional students!

Monica Bradley, Vice President Human Resources and Dan Gary, Vice President Business Development and Marketing (and proud Boilermaker Alumnus) are on the road this week headed to Indiana to attend the Purdue School of Construction Management Technology Career Fair. We anticipate a great turnout on February 9th and are eager to meet students seeking a career in construction. If you know a student at Purdue, be sure to tell them to stop by and introduce themselves to CCC Group.

Southeastern Construction Owners and Associates Roundtable (SCOAR) held their winter meeting last week and CCC Group's Monica Dandridge, Business Development Manager and Art Briones, Group Manager were on hand to present information about the project that won a 2023 Target Outstanding Project Safety (TOPS) Award. TOPS awards recognize exemplary safety programs for a specific project during the program year. Safety on all of our projects is paramount and we enjoyed sharing our company's safety culture, mindset and systems that ensure protection to all.

CCC Group is preparing for the upcoming Texas A&M Construction Science Career Fair on February 15th and 16th at the Legends Event Center. We are excited to meet and talk with students to share more about CCC Group and the career paths that we offer, along with engaging internship opportunities.
