Preschool Connection is an event for our kiddos ages 2-5yrs old, designed to connect everyday play with conversations of faith. Each event will begin with open playtime for both preschoolers and their parents. Then, preschoolers will be invited to join a supervised music time, while the parents attend a short learning session with Pastor Holly. Learning session topics will include Baptism, Advent, Epiphany, Lent and Communion.

Our talented middle and high school campers have been working hard all week to bring you a fantastic musical full of Dr. Seuss fun! With music, dances, and costumes under the professional direction of Brigid Cooley, Kelly Leary, and Eva Alpar from St. Mary’s University, it’s a show you won’t want to miss!

Being an Acolyte is a wonderful opportunity to help make the worship service a more rewarding experience for both the clergy and the congregation. There will be a training session on August 11th at 12:15pm in the Sanctuary followed by pizza for lunch.

All senior adults are invited to join us for a quick light lunch followed by a hosted hour of fun facts, good conversation and challenging trivia about a chosen year in history. All women of University are invited to a come and go brunch on Sunday, September 8! Come meet other women and learn about the upcoming events planned for Women's Ministry.

On August 11th at 9:30am, children will start in their new age/grade level Kids Sunday School class. Post cards with your child(ren)'s new class information will be mailed out the week before. There will be a special "Blessing of the Backpacks" and the kids who wear them at both 11am worship services. Backpack tags will be available at all services on both sides of campus.

All Kids Ministry Volunteers for the 2024-2025 school year should plan to join us Sunday, August 11th, at 12:15pm in the John Wesley Rm (C105) for this important training. We'll discuss the curriculum, schedule, safety, and other important details for Kids Ministry Sunday morning and Wednesday night programs. We'll provide lunch and childcare if needed.

University Women's Ministry is hosting a steak dinner for all women of the church. Join us on July 29th, at 6:30pm to meet new people, eat good food, and hear from women actively serving around University and how it has impacted their lives. Invite your friends and family to join you!

University will have a group going to San Pedro de Macoris to serve with the Taylor Family, missionaries University has supported for years. The team will assist with children's outreach, work projects and community development. We will be partnering with Commission Expeditions to run the trip.

Our next senior adult trip will be Thursday, July 18th to visit the KLRN studio! We will leave on the church bus from the church parking lot. The price for this adventure will be $30, which includes transportation, lunch, and beverages at Good Time Charlie’s. Reminder that our Senior Adult trips are non-refundable.
