Our internship program has been a hallmarking influence in the culture of our company. At the heart of it, we aim to create mentorship relationships where both the mentee and mentor can learn from each other and grow through project-based, hands-on learning. Throughout the years, we have had countless interns walk through our doors, find new skill sets, grow in their talents, and launch into their futures. 🚀

Michaela, (pictured in the center), recently graduated our Creative internship and is now studying abroad now in Rome. We received a postcard in the mail from her today and couldn’t help but feel proud at the application of what she has learned and the ongoing relationship we have with her. It’s moments like these when we recognize the importance of the program.

We are so thankful for the time we share with these incredible individuals, but are even more thankful to see them thrive in their next steps. With great excitement, it has been officially announced that San Antonio has been selected for the first time as the host city for the 2024 Congressional Medal of Honor Society Celebration. Over the last year, our team has had the privilege of working alongside the host committee and the Society to develop plans for the largest annual gathering of Medal of Honor Recipients this coming Fall.

As part of the Society’s mission, the Recipients will visit local schools where they will share and support the implementation of the Society’s Character Development Program – free lesson plans created by teachers that inspire students to embody the Medal of Honor’s core values.

We cannot wait to welcome these distinguished and deserving individuals to Military City, U.S.A.!
