It would take 2.3 months 📆 to sell all of the homes currently on the market - that's up ⬆️ 17% from April. Back in 2019 it would take nearly 4 months to sell off all of the inventory.

The community where their home was, like so many other condo communities, was challenged with issues regarding insurance. As a result, lending in the community was extremely difficult at best. Because of our strong connections with great lenders in the area, we were able to put together a purchase strategy for the sweetest buyers buyers who loved the house.

The lending process was not as quick as it usually is because of the challenges, but every person involved in this transaction packed their patience knowing there was a greater goal to achieve. Ultimately, with awesome teamwork, including my fabulous associate we were able to close escrow - and now our clients are in escrow on their purchase property that we also helped them secure.

Last year was a challenging year, to say the least, for everyone in real estate.
