Trying to use my laptop and software to collect data from my commercial coffee roaster while I roast. Everything I'm using is listed above. I cannot get the computer to pick up data from the roaster, and I'm at the end of my rope.

The job is to get this set up so it's working. The roaster is installed in my shop near Old Town. If you have expertise in this, please contact me along with a rate that you think is fair for this one-time installation. I'll even throw in a bag of coffee :).
