Here at Gooseberries, we really get into the Fall season.
Even though it will be 80 degrees this weekend, here are some of our fall features.

This is the ultimate perk of the hospitality business, building relationships with our guests.
Being in the lobby of the hotel, we get the opportunity to get to know people over their stay. Naomi, it was a pleasure meeting you and Chi. Don't forget to strain the vanilla sugar, lol.

Cooked low and slow, our vegan stock is where it all begins. Tomorrow, we will be serving our roasted red pepper soup.

We grind it, stuff it, and grill it on the BBQ. Our sausage smothered in peppers, onions, and served with a house pickle.

We will be serving our vegan broccolini and "cheese" soup tomorrow.

Since we started this project, we haven't been able to attend baseball games.
