Say Goodbye!
To Lexy :(
After almost 2 years, Lexy is leaving us. She is going on a six-month around-the-eastern-world adventure visiting many exciting countries. She has truly made the Coffee Hub and now Juno's her own. I will truly miss her.
With that said, she has two shifts left. Wednesday morning and Thursday night. I hope you get the opportunity to say goodbye to one of our family members.

An updated specials menu 🤫🧑🏽🍳
We just had to share!
If you haven't been by in a while, here's what's new:
1. The Coffee Hub is in the Wine Pub Space still open from 7am - 1pm (kitchen closes at 12:30). The atmosphere and set-up has been beautiful in that location, I can't believe we didn't do this move a long time ago.
2. The Wine Pub is unchanged opening at 4pm with music Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
3. We've been trying out different breakfast items (Shakshuka is a big hit)
Here's what to come:
1. Adding a Lunch Menu and extending hours to 2pm (kitchen closing at 1:30), i'm trying to get this done by May 1st.
2. Adding Brunch Saturday and Sunday with bottomless flavored mimosas ($19).
3. Coffee prices has almost doubled since we bought the place and that's one thing I've not changed, pricing (still even including the tax - that will probably change :)) Solution is to buy lesser quality coffee and keep prices the same OR raise prices OR spend thousands on a Roaster and roast our own coffee while leaving the prices the same. So that's the direction we are going, we will be roasting our own highly rated cup scored coffee giving us complete control of the flavor profile and roast we want. Should be fun.
Name change
We received so many suggestions, thank you so much. It's nice to see everyone vested. Hub & Pub was the only name that received some repetitive votes, and even that was only at 20% of the respondents. It was clear, new was the way.
So Juno's is born. We are naming the new spot (even though it's the same two old spots with some changes) Juno's (Juno's at Night when there's music). Why Juno's? Juno is the Roman goddess of Love & Marriage also the protectress of the community. After all, we love both places and are marrying them into one. There have been many first dates here :) and even some marriages. Complete coincidence that it is also the name of our cat (with apologies to our dog, other cat and children).
Signage etc will take a while. I'm sure we will refer to it as Juno's (formally the Coffee Hub and Wine Pub) for a while :).

Customer Input
Nina and I are contemplating combining the Coffee Hub and the Wine Pub into ONE. We would use the space currently occupied by the Wine Pub.
The Coffee Hub has been growing as a breakfast spot in Point Loma and would look great in the Wine Pub space. We would like to keep the Coffee Hub overall feel as a cozy small business full of wonderful regulars. Open from 7am to 2pm with more lunch options. We are looking at keeping many of the popular dishes adding more open-face toast options, crepes, French toast, pancakes along with different mimosa options.
The Wine Pub has always been difficult for us to wrap our hands around. Honestly, other than my awesome meatloaf :), I don’t know what food direction we should pursue. More entrees, Italian, Mexican, all day breakfast or keep doing random things. I’ve always wondered who we were trying to be as a restaurant. The wine and music are hits with the community but everything else is up for consideration.
So, the dilema is combining these two spots into one while keeping the charm of both. This is where I need your help before Nina and I kill each other (not literally) over idea overload.
