Old Witch 100% raw cow’s milk cheese
Despite its long aging of 8 months, it retains an almost magical creaminess and mild, nutty flavor. The cheese is produced by Bodenseekäse in Rossrüti, in the northeastern part of Switzerland close to the German and Austrian borders.
