Join us for a comprehensive core and diastasis recti workshop led by Dr. Macy Basterrechea. We’re offering the same workshop twice so you can choose the time that works best for you!

This informative session will guide you through understanding, identifying, and effectively managing or preventing diastasis recti, a common condition affecting the abdominal muscles during pregnancy and postpartum.

You will learn exercises, how to properly engage your core during exercise, practical tips, and receive professional advice to aid in your recovery and build core strength. You’ll also receive a personal diastasis recti screening.

Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into your journey, this workshop is designed to empower your path to a stronger you!

The Lullabar is a wellness cafe for moms and caregivers and we have the cafe area reserved for our group.

This 4-week series designed to improve your flexibility and strengthen your core will be taught by our guest at Empower – Lavender Wellness Pilates! Alisa Salmans, the founder of Lavender Wellness, is an experienced BASI certified pilates instructor. She specializes in prenatal and postpartum pilates and is a mother to 4 children.
