Happy Fall Y’all!

Enjoying the fall colors in Northern California. And this sweet puppy was so eager to pose! All I was missing was my pumpkin latte. ☕️

Celebrating friends birthdays today with a themed party. We were two of the four that dressed up… Thank goodness we look cute!

My husband and I went to an amazing marriage retreat but y’all know I couldn’t go without my baby. And of course there was a little mini photo shoot afterwards!

One of the benefits of my business is that I take my Papi with me to scout photo shoot locations. Spending time while he models for me is quite bonding! 79 looks good on him. ❤️

Oh, the things they don't tell you about working for yourself 😂 Let's be honest, it's not always easy! You have to deal with wanting to stay under the covers a little longer, an 18-year-old cat that just wants to cuddle and, who could forget, Netflix. But, I wouldn't give it up for the world, because it allows me to achieve my mission of doing what I love: taking great photographs like these beauties right here! How about you? What's your why?

This passion started waaaaay back in high school and has steadily increased. I recently quit my office job to pursue my passion full time. And with the help of a photography mentor and many, many, did I say many?, online classes, along with on the job training, I became a great professional photographer.
