The Revolver | this conceptual riff on the margarita calls into question how far you can tweak a recipe before it no longer is the thing you started with at all. Is a spicy margarita still a margarita? We say definitely. What if you substitute some mezcal in place of tequila? Still yes. What if you introduce cilantro cordial? Now that might be pushing it, but we’ll let you be the judge. All we know is that it’s definitely a revolver. What’s your favorite riff on the classic marg?
