Thank you to all of our wonderful friends and guests that have made Callahan’s a memorable place. Mira Mesa is an awesome community with awesome people. With great sadness we are now closed.

We would first like to thank everyone for all your kind words and loyalty over our 27+ years of existence. We have gone through many changes over that time period. Starting out as a very small enterprise in our old location to installing our small little brewery and expanding and remodeling that spot. Then, opening San Diego Brewing Company on Friar's Rd in 1993. Then moving into our current location in 2001. It has been a great run. Although it seems that every year the challenges became larger and more difficult we have persevered through most of them. However we are at a point in our restaurant life to close Callahan's. It is a very sad time for us as we have met and served so many wonderful people. The community of Mira Mesa has been great as well. Working with all of the schools and community groups has been an honor for all of us on a personal level. There are so many great volunteers in this community that makes us proud to live here. We would also like to thank our awesome staff that really made Callahan's special. And a thank you to all of our vendors for providing us with the tools to run our business.
Lastly, once again I would like to deeply thank everyone for all your support over the years.
