LIP TATTOO AFTERCARE
Your lips may be swollen—it is a tattoo, after all—so you can ice them if necessary. Over the next week, your lips will start to heal, meaning they may scab, so it’s important to time this carefully around your schedule. For the first 24 hours, I advise my clients to gently blot their lips with a wet cotton pad and let them air dry. Your lips will be

• Peeling and scabbing
What Does Lip Tattoo Aftercare Entail?
• Brush your teeth after every meals
• Don’t Tanning in the sun or a sunbed
• Don’t Makeup in the area
• Don’t Touching the area
• No Spicy food
• No Seafood (2 weeks)
• No Coffee (at least 4 weeks)
• No Beef , No Soy sauce (4 weeks)
• In the case of food, it may be challenging for a while to eat with tattooed lips, but it can be done. (use a fork/smaller bites and a straw when drinking)
•Avoid biting or licking your lips as much as possible, and make sure no food or drink stays on there.
⁃ Without any moisturization for your lips scab more and thus lose more pigment, plus they can feel tight and itchy.
⁃ Don’t getting them wet All the time, just use the water tap on your lips when you feel your lips so dry then use the napkin tap and keeping the lips moisturized with a special aftercare ointment that aids healing until the peeling ends.

⁃ Your lips will be swollen for a couple of days and some scabbing will appear after that. The healing period lasts around 7-10 days.
⁃ Also, the color will look too intense, but 40-60% of it will fade during the first week. It takes a little bit longer for the color to settle. after your lips are healed, which usually takes 6 - 8 weeks, you should book a follow-up appointment
- Sunlight exposure. The sun can accelerate the fading of PMU pigments.
