I’m jotting this down as I’m prepping delicious food for the family today. Forgive my unedited/imperfect writing…

🧡 Finding the time to pause and sit still in a space where I am not scared or nervous for the future has been extremely hard for me during the last couple years.

While it is easy to post funny memes and skincare routines, behind the scenes isn’t always so comfortable. It seems as though there is always something tugging on my soul, something another is aching over, it becomes almost unfair to sit and truly “feel” the gratitude for all the pleasures and comforts in my life.
It takes true effort to grant myself permission to feel good with so much chaos in the world.
However, I understand that in order to give love we must feel love, giving thanks is as important as receiving it.

Even though the meaning of Thanksgiving has been misrepresented through history, I choose to see today as a “whole day” opportunity to show myself the grace of feeling gratitude for all the beautiful people and comforts I am surrounded with.

I share this because I know many of you feel it too. This is a reminder to breathe and receive today.

Sunday Notes 📝⭐️💕

If you wear sunscreen or foundation/makeup, double cleansing is something you definitely don’t want to sleep on.

The Agent Nateur cleansers contain zero fragrance and are a perfect makeup remover even around the eyes. So while you are already there, use the oil to gently rub the rest of the products off your face.

I personally like to gently massage for about 5 minutes. Sometimes, little beads will form as you rub away the gunk from your pores (super satisfying!).
Then follow with a warm and damp muslin cloth to wipe away the oil and gently exfoliate.

Keeping your skin damp, apply the Lactic Acid wash and rinse with lukewarm water. Your skin will feel clean but not stripped and all the products used afterwards will absorb much better. 🙌🏼
