This weekend we had the privilege of teaching a Self Defense seminar for women heading off to college! These young women learned vital concepts and techniques to recognize specific patterns and situations to limit the likelihood of dangerous encounters. Hi freestyle families! Although SDUSD schools are closed, we WILL have belt testing on Monday, August 21st for our karate kids White - Yellow I 4:30-5:45pm!

Our Senior demo team competed at not one BUT two different competitions these past two weeks, and WON BOTH! That’s right you heard that correctly not only did they win 1st at the ISKA world championships in Orlando but they also took first in the Adrenaline world games in Las Vegas! We could not be more proud of our senior demo team and all of their accomplishments! Every single one of them is so incredibly talented and even champions in their own individual competitions! We are so lucky and again so proud to have you all apart of our Freestyle family!!
