“Chijaukay” is one of the traditional 🇵🇪 Chinese dishes
The Peruvian Chinese food is called “Chifa” which means to eat or eat rice 🍚

Chifa is a term used in Peru 🇵🇪 to refer both to the cuisine brought and the one adapted to the Peruvian palate by Chinese immigrants, mainly from the Canton area, that started immigrating between the 19th and the early 20th century, as well as to designate restaurants where this food is served.

The Day of the Criolla Song is an important day for Peruvians to express one of the best ways that makes us common: '' Peruanidad ''.

The celebration of criollismo began in 1944. At first, it was thought to be celebrated on October 18, but that date coincided with the departure of the sacred image of the Lord of Miracles so the Criolla celebration was moved to the last day of the month of October.

The government of President Manuel Prado Ugarteche, finally determined that on October 31 of every year will be celebrated in the country the '' Day of the Criolla Song ''

“Causa rellena “
If there is a dish that most Americans would love, it’d be 💜
Causa takes its name from the old Incan Quechua word kausaq, which means “giver of life” since potatoes were the main ingredient in their diets. Rellena is the Spanish word for “stuffed” or “filled.”
Causa is a dish with mashed potatoes and yellow pepper. It can be layered with any number of fillings — chicken salad and tuna salad are the usual favorites. Served cold, this dish is often topped with extravagant garnishes and sauces for a colorful presentation.
