A History of Miss Peggy Coppom //

Miss Peggy Coppom is more than just a fan of the Colorado Buffaloes—she’s their heart and soul. At 99 years young, Peggy’s been cheering on the Buffs since the 1940’s, side by side with her twin sister, Betty. They were inseparable until Betty’s passing in 2020, but Peggy has kept the spirit alive, attending thousands of games over the decades with the same enthusiasm.

Even now, Peggy’s energy is contagious. She’s danced with Gronk on live TV, and rubbed elbows with the likes of Lil Wayne, proving that age is just a number when your heart is in the right place. Peggy’s friendship with has now been a bright spot in her life, bringing a fresh wave of excitement to her game days.

She’s seen it all—the wins, the losses, and everything in between—but through it all, Peggy has been a beacon of positivity and resilience. The university honored her and Betty with twin trees and a plaque on campus, a fitting tribute to their unwavering dedication to the Buffs.

We are more than honored to be a part of her journey. We hope her heart, her passion, and her soul shines with this Blenders x Peggy Sleeve, and opens the door to more NIL deals with superfans with equally as amazing stories.
