Quality you can taste® From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger.
Since opening in 1948, we've been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
October is National Substance Abuse Awareness month, and all month long, you'll notice our tray liners and other materials in our restaurants looking different. That is because the Slave 2 Nothing® Foundation is encouraging communities to join the fight against substance abuse and take a stand against the opioid drug epidemic.
Here are 4 ways you can get involved:
1. Share your story on social media by using and tagging Slave 2 Nothing Foundation and In-N-Out Burger.
2. Use our "Add Yours" Instagram template.
3. Visit slave2nothing.org/notanother and upload a tribute photo on our digital gallery wall. You can also include a photo of yourself holding our lap mat or tray liner and include your relationship to the person you're tributing on the blank line.
4. Donate at slave2nothing.org/donate or at any In-N-Out Burger® location.
To learn more, scan the QR code in our restaurants and follow the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation.
Happy ! Who are you celebrating with today?
Today, we celebrate the life of Harry Snyder, who founded In-N-Out Burger with his wife, Esther, in 1948. Harry was dedicated to caring for our Associates and Customers by providing the freshest products in a sparkling and friendly environment. Together, he and Esther established our core values of quality, cleanliness, and friendliness, which were the groundwork for our innovations along the way and the high standards we still uphold today! Burgers, fries and drinks - still simple and still holding the bar high for you, Harry.

Do you know the history of our crossed palm trees? Our first crossed palm trees were planted in 1972. In-N-Out Founder, Harry Snyder, loved the movie “It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World” and in the movie, the characters race to find treasure buried under four palm trees planted to resemble the letter W. Because each In-N-Out location is Harry’s treasure, it became a tradition to plant crossed palms in front of almost all of our restaurants. So next time you visit one of our locations, look for the crossed palms! 🌴🌴

When it comes to the perfect meal, quality and freshness are key in every bite. At In-N-Out, we use only the highest-quality ingredients as the foundation to your favorite combo.
Today, we honor and celebrate Rich Snyder, son of In-N-Out’s Founders and former President, on his birthday. We remember him for his dedication to providing exceptional customer service to every In-N-Out guest. He created our Mission Purpose Statement by formalizing the values that Founders Harry and Esther held from the start. These same values drive our Associates today in providing the freshest, highest-quality foods and services in a spotless, sparkling environment for each of our Customers. Today, and always, we honor Rich!
On , we celebrate our fries made from whole potatoes! We begin by selecting only the best potatoes, which are closely inspected to ensure that every batch of fries meets our high standards. We peel, dice, and cook our potatoes at each of our restaurants so that our Customers get the freshest fries! How will you be enjoying your Fry-Day? Tag your spud bud!

At In-N-Out Burger, the safety of our Customers and the quality of our products are our most important priorities.
As of June 12th, buns served at our locations in Texas and Colorado now contain a small amount of sesame flour (less than 2% of ingredients). Buns served in locations in the other six states will remain free of sesame.
We source our hamburger buns from multiple bakeries that each use shared production areas. Following the FDA declaration of sesame as a major allergen, we have found that many bakeries in the industry cannot ensure that buns baked in their facilities are sesame-free. Due to the potential for cross-contact that exists in the bakery, many suppliers have added a minimal amount of sesame flour to their recipes.
As mentioned, the safety of our Customers is our priority, so an update on allergen information has been made in our restaurants and on our website. We encourage anyone with concerns about sesame to consult a doctor.
While we understand that this change is undesirable for many of our Customers, we thank you for your understanding and sincerely apologize for needing to make this update.
We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve our Customers across eight states. Take a closer look behind the arrow for some state history. Check out our map and more at ino75th.com, or by clicking the 🔗 in bio!
