Judy Ter is a Junior Escrow Officer at First Gateway Escrow. Judy is new to the San Diego area and during her move to the city, she found an opportunity at First Gateway Escrow and grabbed it. Her time so far has been very gratifying, to be part of the process making people’s dreams come true in owning a home. Judy brings a high level of dependability, is very self-motivated and always looks forward to growing and learning in her new profession. These traits come from inspiration from her mother who works 6 days a week and never complains. Even on her days off she is constantly helping out her family restaurant or home.

Judy is always willing to learn new skills in order to provide accurate information to her clients. She is willing to admit and learn from her mistakes and does her very best not to repeat them. Customer service is very important to her, so Judy makes it a point to provide the best service to her clients. Her goal is to build strong relationships with every single client and grow the reputation and business of First Gateway Escrow.
