Superstitions may have us knocking on wood, but on the job site, we’re always prepared for anything! From black cats crossing our paths to avoiding the number 13 in high-rises, construction has its quirks too.

But don’t worry – with the right tools, teamwork, and a bit of luck 🍀, we’ll build through any superstition! 🏗️ Whether it’s scaffolding on the 13th floor or fixing that squeaky ladder, we’ve got it covered.

After all, in construction, it’s all about solid foundations... and maybe carrying a lucky wrench! 🛠️

What a wonderful evening last night at our NAWIC San Diego Chapter 21 Installation, celebrating the past, present, and future of our organization.
Reflecting on the dedication and hard work of our previous board members, we deeply appreciate the foundation they've built for the incoming Board of Directors 2023-2025.

Together, with the collective passion and determination of everyone here, we are confident in our ability to lead our organization to new heights. The future holds limitless possibilities, and I’m excited to see what the new board of directors hold for us.

Today, we honor and remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001.
It’s a day that forever changed our nation, reminding us of the strength, resilience, and unity that can emerge from the most difficult times. We also pay tribute to the brave first responders and the countless individuals who continue to sacrifice for our safety and freedom.
