‼️Gentle reminder: if you want to lose weight + see muscle definition, protein must be a priority Real food sources are always superior, but thanks to modern technology, we have less perishable options that aren’t completely factory-made, retaining much of the ‘fresh from the earth’ product: 1️⃣ Canned fish. Wild caught salmon, sardines, and mackerel are the best for their low levels of mercury and excellent source of Omega 3s. I love @wildplanetfoods 2️⃣ Epic bars are my go-to travel protein source, especially when they hand out the processed bags of snacks on airplanes ✈️ @epicbar cares a lot about how the animals harvested for their products are raised, and quite frankly, they’ve got some delicious flavors 3️⃣ Protein powder. @equipfoods is my favorite because • they care deeply about the sourcing of their protein, which is entirely from grass-fed cattle • minimal ingredients • sweetened with stevia • and such a high concentration of protein per scoop Hope this was helpful! ^^These are very specific things I changed that helped me FINALLY see muscle definition after years of ‘trying everything’ and getting minimal results 👉🏻 Insanity is doing the same thing again & again, expecting different results But sometimes it’s hard to know where to start… 👇🏼Here are the habits shifts that really pushed the needle forward for me: 1. Running everyday -> lifting weights or plyometrics daily 2. Oatmeal breakfast -> protein & veggie breakfast 3.
