The secret is out and we’ve been baking up something special! 🍪 We’re currently working on some seriously delicious projects. Two new crumbl cookie locations opening soon in Clairemont and Mira Mesa.

Just finished this bathroom remodel for our clients in Rancho Santa Fe. They wanted to make some upgrades around the house before they put it on the market. They were able to sell their home quickly and look at this beautiful bathroom the new home owners get to enjoy! ✨

Here are some pictures from our most recent project in Bankers Hill. This 4 story building built in 1956 is getting a structural retrofit to bring it up to current code for the new tenants. Detailed demolition was required to weld in new moment frames and drag beams before it gets put back together.

This space received flooring, lighting, decorative and functional acoustical clouds, custom display cases and reception desks by and custom plant/moss décor by Shop Euflora. This demonstration kitchen for the students at the Gillispie School is just one of many new classrooms to enjoy this next semester as part of The Sandbox project. Built out with commercial grade appliances and stainless surfaces this will be the perfect place to master the culinary arts.

Kicking off this week with a lumber delivery for our Rolando Village ADU. Looking forward to the structure beginning to take shape.

This will be the future location of a 745 sf ADU (granny flat) at our new clients property in the Rolando Village area. Gearing up to break ground next week. Stay tuned for more updates.

Getting close to wrapping up our exterior remodel at this Mission Beach home. We took the old cracked stucco down to the studs, repaired all rotted framing/shear panels, re-flashed and wrapped the home in Tyvek, and put back a brand new acrylic stucco system to prevent future cracking. Final touch ups and cleaning coming soon!

Love the way this gold Schluter finishes off this tile at the entrance of the custom shower at our La Mesa ADU. This shower has 3 unique tile patterns and matching gold Kohler fixtures.
