Nations Lending is announcing favorable changes in LTV percentages for 2-unit and 3-4 unit properties.

LTV percentages are now increasing from 85% to 95% for a duplex.

LTV percentages are now increasing from 75% to 95% for a triplex and a fourplex.

What does this mean for you, the buyer? Less cash is required for a down payment.

What is an LTV, you might ask? In short, LTV is related to down payments. This means that you no longer need to have a 15% - 25% down payment. With this new announcement, you only need 5% down on purchasing homes that are duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes.
