RYE & DRY - Rittenhouse Rye, Carpano Dry Vermouth, Yellow Chartreuse, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Orange Bitters
We created this recipe by way of the Manhattan, however its closest relative is another NYC borough—the Brooklyn. Although it’s whiskey forward we think Manhattan and Martini drinkers alike will enjoy the mingling of these delightful spirits, and our variation of a classic.
SMOKIN’ DIAMONDS - Old Forester 100 Proof Rye, Amaro Nonino, Benedictine, Smoked Wood Chips
The smoked cocktail has become a staple on many cocktail menus. It is a mystifying beauty, drawing us in as smoke folds over liquid and returns to be enjoyed by many of our senses. Ours is alluring, nuanced, and direct.

For those of you that want your drinks to be more direct and interesting...these are for you.
FUNKY NEGRONI - Batavia Arrack van Oosten, Bruto Americano, Bigallet China-China Amer.
Negroni aficionados—is it still a Negroni if none of the classic ingredients are in it? Discuss. Why funky? Batavia Arrack van Oosten is a spirit made from sugar cane and fermented red rice. It has a bit of heat, complexity, and a touch of funk, which adds depth and backbone to this bitter and interesting twist on the classic. We hope you like it!
CHASING YESTERDAY - The Producer Mezcal, Chareau Aloe Liqueur, Lime, Agave, Orange Bitters
One of the best compliments you can give a chef is after you have tried her food, returning for it again. Chasing Yesterday is all about those feelings of finding something fabulous and wanting to experience it again. This cocktail evokes flavors of spearmint, herbs, and smoky goodness.
NASSAU 1930 - Talisker Single Malt Scotch, Cointreau, Batavia Arrack van Oosten, Mexican Chocolate & Orange Bitters
Before Prohibition, Scotch exporters sent 900 gallons of product to the Bahamas. Two years later the Bahamas received 386,000 gallons of it. With all that Scotch people were tinkering to find the perfect balance of tropical peat with a hint of sweet. This is ours. But what does it taste like? Picture a smoky island old-fashioned and you’re right there.
AMERICAN THEOREM - RBI WhistlePig Private Barrel 10 Year Rye, Madeira, Benedictine, Black Walnut Bitters
This is a celebration of the bold and robust character of Rye Whiskey, balanced with an array of complementary flavors. Designed to evoke the spirit of ingenuity and craftsmanship. It is direct and complex. A rye drinker’s paradise. The proof is in the drink.

As summer is around the corner, here are a couple cocktails that will quench your thirst as you enjoy their flavors. The best part is, these cocktails work great in any season.
CURES THE BLUES - Belvedere Vodka, Bacardi Silver Rum, Blue Spirulina, Coconut Water, Vanilla
Take Blue Spirulina, the first superfood, the antioxidant effects of vanilla, and the hydrating qualities of coconut water, and you have a winning combination. The gorgeous blue hue of the spirulina draws you into its deep waters with each sip.
ALL PUFFED UP - Courvoisier VSOP Cognac, Cointreau, Orgeat, Lime, Bitter Truth Pimento Dram,
East Imperial Ginger Beer, Cinnamon
Tiki comes in all flavors and sizes. Ours combines the rich warmth of cognac with the tropical flavors of ginger and allspice. It’s sure to transport you to a beachside paradise with every sip.

Looking to quench your thirst while you wind down from the day? Below are four great options that will waken your taste buds and lift your spirits with each sip.
SUMMER THYME - Tito’s Vodka, Citrus, Thyme, Prosecco
Our Chef’s Garden is our pride and joy—an expansive garden, vibrant and flourishing. This cocktail is a celebration of that space and the new beginnings each season brings.
LAVENDER HAZE - Empress 1908 Gin, Earl Grey Tea, Coconut Milk, Vanilla, Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
Tea has been a great companion to spirits of all kinds worldwide. This earl grey rendition is perfect with all its facets—velvety, luscious, and refreshing. This is a bergamot tea lovers dream and a solid afternoon pick me up!
SWEDISH GIMLET - Tanqueray No. Ten Gin, Lime, Aquafaba, Cardamom & Orange Bitters
This recipe comes from the flavors of a Scandinavian bread. Rich, herbal notes of cardamom mingling with tart and juicy notes of lime. We like how it can be both refreshing and warming depending on the season.
JALISCO ROOTS - RBI Herradura Double Barrel Reposado Tequila, Cointreau, Ginger, Lime
One of our favorite flavors is the alluring and revitalizing flavor of ginger. It gives you a bite and a hug all in the same taste. It comes in many forms and has proven to provide many health benefits. This is something we can all raise a glass to.

The Old-Fashioned is a thing of beauty, and with so many variations depending on your choice of base spirit, sweetener, and bitters, the possibilities are endless. Check out four of our go-tos below:
WOODSMAN - This is our house Old Fashioned with a base of Kikori Japanese Whiskey, mingled with a jasmine tea lemongrass syrup and orange bitters. Clean and refined and poured tableside from a gold flask.
OLD AGAVE - RBI Private Barrel Maestro Dobel Añejo Tequila, Agave Syrup, Citrus Bitters. It takes around 7 years for a blue agave plant to mature for harvest in the production of tequila. We have huge respect for the jimadors who identify which agaves are ready to be harvested. The aromas from this drink will transport you directly to the tequila distillery floor.
GOLD FASHIONED - Sipsmith London Dry Gin, Simple Syrup, Fernet Branca, Orange Bitters. Gin. Beautiful, mesmerizing, diverse, and versatile. Crisp in the summer and complex in the winter. Heritage and tradition combined with craft and artisans. We really enjoy drinking gin, and especially this way.
EIGHTY-SIXED - Old Forester 86 Proof Bourbon, Maple Syrup, Angostura & Orange Bitters. In this fairly classic version we use dehydrated fruit as the garnish while spritzing your glass with the citrus essence you typically receive from the peel. Simple, yet always elegant. This is how we pour it at home.
Looking forward to sipping an Old-Fashioned with you soon.

Not many things quench the thirst and open the palate quite like the family of spritzes and fizzes. This rendition checks all the boxes with another advantage—it’s low ABV, so it will be a great, refreshing start to whatever adventures lie ahead.
