Pro tip for couples: give yourself enough time for 2 locations with the second location being better to the first one, in case you run late, you can cut from the first one

Got the whole venue to ourselves thanks to heat closing it down early! Sometimes, things work out to your favor.

Somehow, a year has passed. Happy anniversary to these two!

Cannot wait until this Saturday- and if you want to see something incredible that we’ll be doing, I’ll be personally going live in the evening at the wedding so stay tuned and take notes!!

From the photos to the album, I got you. Just because I’m feeling a bit more sentimental than usual, if you book any collection with us, I’ll add on not 1 but 2 additional albums for each couple’s parents, just so they can enjoy the album too without always coming over.

Engagement shoot for our second wedding of the month! Shout out to shooting in 110 degree weather!

When the bride and groom say “We don’t care if we’re late, we’re stopping for burgers. YOLO.”

We got something up our sleeves we’re trying to implement for all weddings booked now through the end of the month. It won’t be easy to do, and we’ll have to have a whole team there to ensure it goes through.

But maaaaan will it be worth it! No hints given out, and we’ll have cameras there to document it. But if you still have a wedding coming up this year and haven’t finalized your storytelling team, shoot me a DM and let’s see if this will work with you.

One of the requirements is you’ll have to have a longer wedding, 10+ hours, or at least have it last 2 days.

The entire process will also be taught in an upcoming book, title not released yet.

Harbor weddings are always special, but when your bridesmaids are top tier status, then the whole wedding flows perfectly!

The adventures of an engagement shoot: a couple once told me the engagement shoots with me yield 3 results:
1. Photoshoot (obviously)
2. Cardio- because I make them walk so much
3. Therapy- I make them touch and look at each other for so long

We did *two* things differently for this wedding that 99% of wedding photographers do •NOT• do.

In our August weddings, we’re doing another thing that 99.9% of wedding photographers do NOT (or simply don’t know how to do it).

For this specific wedding, we added a second day of shooting so we could go to more locations and get more photos and footage without the stress of the wedding day AND we booked a studio to get some studio shots without the heat and “traditional” scenery.

But I promise you what we have in store for August will be amazing ^2 and amaze the couple and guests.

Do the prewedding shoot. If your photographer offers it, take it accept it embrace it. I promise you it’ll be worth it.

Pro tip #88369: if you want to bring a friend with you to a shoot, it has to be a positive friend- someone uplifting. If your friend is a downer or is going to call you fat or tell you your hair isn’t cute, they will be asked to wait in the car.

If your office is cluttered, take some shots in your lobby. If your lobby has riots, go outside- there are always more shots you can get vs just the backdrop (this was set up in the conference room).
