Euphoria Endeavors

At 25, I felt overworked and burned out in my role as a full time stylist in the salon and as a freelance makeup artist and stylist for events on the weekends. I had the urge to travel, change my surroundings, and daily routine. I left my job, went to Europe for a month, and was utterly enthralled and inspired by European art and culture. I came back home with a new perspective on how to live and how to make art.

At this point in my life, I was in a serious long-term relationship and also was dedicated to spending more time with my family. I moved back to Dallas to be close to my family, continued working on my college degree, and said yes when my boyfriend proposed to me. He was in the Navy and stationed in San Diego, and we decided to get married so that a life in California together would be easier financially. After living in Dallas for only 9 months, I took the leap to move to California and begin a new chapter of my life.

In California, I spent a lot of time alone, since my new husband was in the military. This wasn’t the first time that I moved to a new place without knowing a soul. I knew that I had to get creative to find my group of friends that I could connect with on multiple levels. I decided to use the online social platform, Meetup.com, to create my own group based around my love for underground electronic music. This allowed me to plan outings to meet others who liked the same music that I do. I met several great friends in this process, which led me to other friends with similar interests, and it has multiplied exponentially from there. In this time, I began to realize my love and ability for bringing people together.

Fast forward to 2018; I am no longer married, have realized my power and full potential, and am completely in love with my surroundings and the people in my life. I have chosen a spiritual path and am manifesting abundance in every possible form. It is only natural that I use all of these things to live my best life and support myself and my community, while fulfilling my need to create and express myself.

I created Euphoria Endeavors as the organization to house everything that I produce and involve myself with creatively. The main mediums that feed my soul are art, events, spaces, beauty, and fashion. I am inspired from moment to moment by the creative process and how I choose to be of service to myself and my community.
