The voice channels can only be accessed initially via staff, who will then bring you in when they are free.

To ensure that things are done fairly, I am in the process of automating a queue ticket system.

When you join the waiting room, the system should show a 'join' button, when you click on this it will assign you your number in the queue (please note; I am still in the process of programming this, so some errors may be seen on the first couple of uses)

When your turn is next, the server will automatically pull you into a voice room with the next available agent.

I am expecting a large volume of customers so we may not be able to assist everyone, we will help as many as possible.

You will also find 4 dedicated forum pages for each of our products, to avoid confusion, please ensure if you are seeking help in any of these pages, you select the right one. (i.e. there is a channel for the Gen1 Alpha Flight Controls and another for the Xpc Alpha, please check you are in the right channel).

Another update with what, I believe, is some good news.

I mentioned on my previous updates that I am working on ways to improve our support service. and today I have an update for this.

On Saturday I am launching a pilot program to initiate live voice chat support with you via our discord server.

For those not familiar, Discord is a free application that can be downloaded to you computer, tablet or phone and is free to register. You can find more details here https://discord.com/

I will be posting the link to our sever tomorrow after I complete the initial setup.

The server will have a few lines of support -

First and foremost will be the live voice chat with myself and my agents to assist you in your issues.

Second, I will be putting the full list of common questions / issues customers have asked in the server's welcome page so you may be able to find the answer you need there.

Third - I have created separate text channels for each of the Honeycomb products where our community can post any issues and responses can come from fellow community members, but also will be actively monitored by us as well to post any tips or answers to assist you.

So when is this kicking off? On Saturday, myself and one of my agents will be live in the voice channels at 17:00 GMT (12:00 East Coast, 09:00 PST) and will be running live support for a minimum of 3 hours. If this pilot program succeeds I will be looking to move the live voice chat to a few times a month, extend the availability, and steadily increase our presence in the voice channels over the coming months. The text channels will be constantly monitored and we will respond to your queries in there. The voice channels are by invitation only so we can deal with customers one at a time, and ensure each of you get's the attention, and hopefully resolution that you all deserve.

If you already have an open ticket with us and we have not responded by Saturday, or you need an update, please have your ticket number and email ready so we can pull it up and help you in a more efficient manner. - I look forward to meeting some of you very soon.

As promised here's another update from the previous post.

I am happy to say we have re-established shipping services for customers in the United States. With this, we have begun to process the orders that have been delayed over the past weeks.

Also, returns of defective units is now underway and my team will be reaching out to anyone who has been waiting very soon.

We are still pushing through tickets, and will answer them as soon as possible. On top of this, I have now also updated the FAQ's for the most common questions which can be found on the support section of our website, I will also be adding these to our page in due course. I appreciate your patience during this time.

Hi everyone,

I want to give a quick update as to what's happening with the shipment's of new orders and the RMA process that has been causing delays.

We have had an issue arise with our shipping provider that has currently halted all shipments from our warehouse. We are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved. We are currently looking at having this resolved early next week and to resume all shipments for new orders and RMA's shortly after.

For those of you waiting on the RMA process, I have instructed my agents to temporally hold all new RMA requests until we are able to begin shipments once again.

For those of you who have already received your shipping label and/or shipped your defective units back to us, you will have priority on RMA returns for your units to be shipped out to you.

If you have completed the RMA form but have not received your return shipping label, I am going to be changing our usual process, where we normally wait for your defective unit to arrive at our warehouse before shipping your replacement, I am authorising your replacements to be shipped once we have confirmation the defective unit has been dropped at your local FedEx store to minimise any further delays.

I know there is a number of open tickets and the wait for a response has been frustrating, we are working through them as quickly as possible, however, we are a small team and we receive an large influx of tickets and responses on a daily basis, I am working on something to bolster our support that I hope to take live soon, in the meantime, myself and the team will respond to every open ticket as quickly as possible.

I apologise for the seeming lack of support but we are working as quickly as possible to resolve all issues.

Charlie Rudder Pedals Update:

I know that a lot of you were looking forward to pre-ordering the Charlie Rudder Pedals here in July, but unfortunately the factory can't confirm the production schedule due to component shortages. Some of these components were ordered back in 2021 and keep on getting pushed off. Right now the suppliers have given us a September delivery date, but I'll believe it when I see it.

I'm really sorry that we can't take orders yet, but until there's a confirmed delivery date, it's out of the question for me to take your money. If you commit to a pre-order, then I have to be able to commit to a delivery date. As soon as we have a confirmed production schedule, we'll open for orders and let you know.

The day has finally arrived! The long-awaited Alpha XPC is open for pre-orders starting today, shipping out from our US/EU warehouse on September 15th.

We apologize for the delay but bottlenecks in development, component sourcing and logistics due to all the crazy things that are happening in the world at the moment, have had a major impact on the delivery schedule. Production officially started in the factory today, which is why we have opened up for pre-orders.

We're proud to announce that the New Alpha XPC is now compatible with Xbox Series X/S as well as PC and Mac.

The design of the yoke handle has been left largely unchanged and all Xbox buttons have been integrated discretely to avoid a “gamepad look” while it has been outfitted with new 12-Bit updated Hall Effect sensors, which increases the aileron and elevator sensor resolution by 400% compared to the existing Alpha. It features an updated panel design on the front of the base which also includes a new spring-loaded ignition key and Xbox buttons.

• New high-end 12-Bit Hall Effect Sensors with 400% increased resolution

In addition to the Alpha XPC, the Xbox Hub will also be available for pre-order for $39.99. The Xbox Hub connects to the Alpha XPC and enables Xbox compatibility for all existing Bravo’s and the upcoming Charlie Rudder Pedals, as well as the Logitech Flight Rudder Pedals and Logitech Flight USB Throttle Quadrant. Please be aware that existing Alpha’s will not be Xbox compatible.
