Double Dry Hopped West Coast Double IPA - 8.0% ABV

Over a decade of collaboration, sharing, learning - still, & Anthony of manage to continue finding inspiration for new projects. With two distinctly different realities of craft beer, they share essential commonalities through which they drive flavor creation and product development. This allows an ease of use when drawing up recipes for yet again, another collaboration.

In Search of Lost Time II is a continuation of their pursuit for WC DIPA as they remember - a rounded, oily orange marmalade with layers of pine and dank to create depth and engagement. Bitterness. Malt. But clean, and contemporary. Yeh, they’re not that old, so the good old days of IPA are still within recent histories.

Expect a dense hop character that carries a vacillating conversation of sticky resin, freshly baked orange cake, and distant bud. Rich with bitterness and round enough to carry. With each iteration, they learn more - and we are proud of this chapter.

Figures In The Fog represents an intersection of our most excitable beer style and total innovation. Beginning with our standard Hazy IPA recipe, we brought in an exciting product from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops exclusively for the dry-hopping charge that results in a product that preserves the magic of fresh hop aromas and flavors.

Figures in the Fog is intensely juicy, as expected, with an intricate array of bright citrus flavors and hints of minty freshness on the aroma. Pine needles and candied fruits round out a wholesome aroma of fluffy malt.

We’re excited to announce that Figures in the Fog has been awarded the Silver Medal at the this year!

Our brewery worded it perfect… Reflecting on some of our favorite past times in craft beer, something that stuck out to us with fond memory was the shortly lived White IPA. Usually referred to as a Belgian IPA, these off-shoots of dry, hop-forward IPAs typically shared some DNA with that of a classic Witbier to bring spice and citrus qualities to the mix.

We thought, well, how fun would it be to play off the 'Modern' identity and produce a contemporary White IPA? To do so, we fermented this joyous quaff with a blend of wit yeast & a pineapple-forward yeast before spicing with hand zested cara-cara orange and hopping intensely with Australian Galaxy hops & New Zealand Superdelic.

The result, Day Moon, is super refreshing, aromatic, and definitely IPA, while unique.
