I am so excited to offer Nourishing Class. This slower-paced semi-private class is part somatic exploration/part deep core exploration and a safe place to ask questions and practice breathing correctly. Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30pm

This is my logo. It's everything--San Francisco, Art Deco, Pilates Tower, symmetrical, classic. I created it with the help of the wonderful people at San Franpsycho who are bar none the best in the world at what they do! I am really proud of this logo and have some merch that's sure to spark conversation! That's also my website (nicepilates.studio) and you can now go on there and book sessions!
