Here’s the legend himself: Billy Ho. While Matt Ho now runs the show, Billy is proud to see how the family restaurant keeps growing.

Billy is also the creative force behind our popular “Ask Billy” menu, where you give free rein to the kitchen to take charge of your meal.

Back at the original spot, regulars didn’t even bother with the menu – they just ate whatever Billy felt like cooking.” (Pro tip: if you haven’t done it yet, give it a shot. We like to throw in dishes that aren’t listed).
To eat like Billy, just follow your gut. “If it doesn’t pass my own taste test, it’s not on the menu.” We wouldn’t be where we are today without Billy, so swing by and give him a shout when you visit!
