D.O. Casablanca Valley
Casablanca Valley is one of the coolest wine regions in Chile and the first
one planted, located only 20 miles (30km) from the Pacific Ocean at its furthest point, being strongly influenced by its cooling effects. The region has a Mediterranean climate with cool misty nights and hotter days that provides excellent growing conditions for top quality cool climate varieties, including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc as well as Pinot Noir.
This handcrafted wine sourced from carefully selected farmers, located at the coastal range mountains of Casablanca Valley, is our attempt to bring a characteristic cool climate Pinot Noir from South America to satisfy customers who seek for exceptional wines with character and identity.
We are Via Pacifica Selections!
A great special Direct Sale offer coming soon..be aware!

Andes Plateau is a Wine Project from winemaker Felipe Uribe and inspired in the Andes Mountains, a magnificent Mountain Range that goes from Antarctica to Caribe and is the longest mountain range in the world and the second highest after the Himalayas.
The Andes have been particularly unexplored for wine production in altitude, and thatâs what winemaker Felipe Uribe has been pushing, sourcing every grape from vineyards located at least over 700 mts (2,300 feets) above sea level, looking for a vibrant wine, low in alcohol, mineral and with great acidity. He uses natural yeasts to preserve the local expression of the grapes.
The sourcing of the grapes is from two main high altitude valleys in the Andes, âAlcohuazâ in the famous âElqui Valleyâ in the Northern part of Chile and from âCajon del Maipoâ (Maipo Canyon) in the Maipo Valley in the Central part of Chile. This combination allows him to find balance between vibrancy, freshness, energy and elegance, opening a new world of terroirs to explore in altitude, as opposed to classic areas in lower parts of the valleys.
Chile
In 1994, Château Larose Trintaudon, a major French wine producer from the Bordeaux region, partnered with traditional wine producers from the Cachapoal region in Chile and together they founded Casas del Toqui. Recently, their legacy was recaptured by a Chilean family with a great passion for wine, contributing with their own unique and distinctive mark.
Casas del Toqui is led by a family committed to producing excellence. Each of their wines is the result of their core values, people, tradition and technology, capturing the unique quality that distinguishes their outstanding wines.
Chile - Argentina
Producers & Wines
Although Chilean wines primarily became popular in the 1980âs once they were exported out of the country, Chileâs wine production dates back hundreds of years.
As a wine region, Chile is truly blessed. It has a Mediterranean climate that is similar to the climate in California and France. The climate and the geographical traits have helped Chile remain one of the only locations in the world that is resistant to phylloxera, the louse that destroyed many of the worldâs best vineyards
in the 1800âs.
Chile is going through a wine revolution and the independents have broken away from Chile's industrial wine culture to lovingly squeeze out small lots of wines, usually using organic, even spiritually tinged theories of winemaking.
This new generation is much more conscious about environmental problems and more committed to healthy, sustainable agriculture and also for the production of wines that have a stronger connection to the Earth and local traditions.
It's very exciting to be part of this revolution and be able to represent some pioneerâs producers and winemakers of this new movement.
