Didn't get the best picture, but enjoyed an absolutely delicious bowl of Niku udon with gobo tempura followed by froyo topped with salt and olive oil this past weekend! Both my husband and I agreed it's the best udon we've had in the Bay Area thus far, definitely worth the wait in line. We also tried the Fukuoka Signature cold udon and that was equally delicious and unique.

Just sold in San Francisco’s Lower Pac Heights neighborhood! So grateful to be part of another first time homebuyer’s journey to becoming a homeowner! While considering the condo inventory for about a year in nearby neighborhoods, nothing felt quite right for this buyer either due to property condition, budget, or HOA finances. My goal is to make sure every client knows as much as possible about every property they may consider, so that can mean passing on properties with good curb appeal but less obvious issues. As with most buyers given the increasing interest rates over the last year, an adjustment in the budget was also needed which further limited the inventory.

When this property came on the market, I was hoping it would tick most if not all of the boxes for them and I’m so glad it did. We were able to find a lovely more recently built unit with a healthy HOA, reasonable dues, parking, and in-unit washer/dryer at a great price! This was the very first offer we made and I couldn’t be happier that the seller chose my client given the multiple offer situation and the contingency we needed to include. Just sold in San Francisco! I’m so so happy for this first time homebuyer who truly deserves this win. I’m so glad that the seller could see that also and was willing to consider my client’s position. I was able to find this buyer a home with just one offer at a fantastic price in the neighborhood she wanted! Although I fight hard to represent the position of every single buyer client, it can still be a challenge to find common ground with sellers who have their own considerations. Since there were specific criteria which severely limited the options in my client’s ideal neighborhood, it was almost certain that we’d have to consider alternative areas. We saw this unit a few months ago when it was on the market, but it sold almost immediately. We thought it would be a long while before we would find another one like it. Leased in SF! This one was actually leased about two months ago to a wonderful tenant, but a later move in date meant that we didn’t wrap this one up until recently. The leasing process with me doesn’t end until the tenant moves in and all the necessary paperwork is wrapped up. After many many showings over the course of a few weeks and a few adjustments, I’m so glad that both owner and tenant are happy with the outcome!

Just leased this beautiful townhome at Opera Plaza! Very happy to assist in matching up some lovely tenants and these wonderful owners! It was a pleasure getting to know and work with the owners on this one. There was hardly time to get the property prepped and painted before it was off the market to one of the first groups that viewed it. While other similar units in the complex were sitting on the market undergoing several price reductions, this updated unit with gorgeous views was off the market in about a week since it was well prepped and priced accordingly. Basic communication also goes a long way as you’d be surprised how difficult it can be to get a hold of leasing agents or property management companies. This one took longer than anticipated with several twists and turns along the way. There were dozens of interested groups through the door the first weekend it came on the market. In contract within a week, unfortunately, the first buyer couldn’t secure financing and by the time we were back on the market nearing the holidays, the market had continued its downward shift.

With the motivation to move forward, a price adjustment in response to the changing market, and an influx of spring buyers, we found the perfect match. We helped make homeownership a reality for a first time buyer and the sellers can now wrap up this eventful chapter. Thankful to these sellers for putting their trust in me!

Taking a break from work and staring at the computer to stare at food on my phone. Fried chicken, biscuit, and etouffee from .

Haven't had Brenda's fried chicken and biscuits in years since moved away from NoPa in SF, but was happy to discover their location in Oakland during a trip to the East Bay. Highly recommend all of their locations. The fried chicken with pepper jelly is a must, but I also love the specials and shrimp etouffee at !

So happy for this first time homebuyer! Wishing them many happy memories in their new beautiful home with a gourmet kitchen and city views! We made it happen on their first offer! Happy Halloween weekend! Even though I don't like scary movies or creepy things, Halloween is my favorite holiday, probably because I have so many fun memories of dressing up and trick or treating as a kid. and I drove around San Carlos last night to see the Halloween decorating contest entries and others, my favorite are the adorable inflatables. Looking forward to seeing what the trick or treater turnout looks like in our new neighborhood!

Here's some fun events happening this weekend! I went to Arata's pumpkin farm a few weeks ago and loved their selection of specialty pumpkins, go early though to avoid the crowds. Also, Diwali celebrations are here. There's a Festival of Lights today in Cupertino, but also one coming up in Sunnyvale on the 30th.

I've been meaning to visit and finally made it this weekend, enjoyed a delicious lamb souvlaki! They have a huge menu, looking forward to trying their Mexican food next time!

First time at the other day. Shared this massive breakfast with and I've officially hit my chicken-fried steak limit for the year. Growing up surrounded by delicious home-cooked food and amazing local neighborhood eats meant that my family rarely frequented restaurant chains, so I'm always up for trying a new one. In case you didn't know, I'm on a mission to try them all! My favorite was Sweet Tomatoes/Soup Plantation which is sadly no more. What's your favorite?
