We recently installed this model apartment for our friends at Azul at Spectrum. Creating a warm and welcoming model apartment allows prospective tenants to imagine themselves living at the property and how to maximize the spaces. After months of planning we are excited to show the latest renderings for a complete remodel of the clubhouse for our friends at Borrego at Spectrum. We carefully planned the space to enhance residents living experience. From co-working spaces, media spaces, lounging spaces, and a game room. Looking forward to bring these renderings to fruition. Thank you to all involved in the design process.

Always love finding inspiration. On a trip last month to Portugal this tile serves as great inspiration for a new renovation we are working on in Arizona. Details to follow in 2024 on this new project for our friends at Azul at Spectrum Apartments.

Updating a space can be achieved without investing a lot. Keeping this sofa as the foundation for the room and working in other existing pieces and adding in new can transform a space. Top photo is before - but if you like the lime green stools in before photo...that's ok, too. 😜
