It’s happened... AGAIN 🤦🏻‍♂️

😪 We Received A Complaint 😪

We received another complaint at the weekend.
We can't name the people (yes more than 1 🤦🏻‍♂️) for legal reasons, but it was from a few of the people who have completed our 6-Week Transformation Challenge.

After going through the process of changing their eating habits following the simple nutrition advice that we provide, while working out with others on the same journey...

The ladies and gents mentioned they all had noticed massive improvements in their fitness during this time.

But...

There’s one major thing that they all experienced and are now unhappy with us for, and this is entirely our mistake because we forgot to warn them that this would happen if they stuck to the plan...

To quote one of the ladies from Saturday's chat…

“None of my clothes fit anymore, my workout leggings keep falling down and I’ve had to go shopping for a whole new wardrobe!”

When I first got in contact with Alex at ACE-FITNESS I was at my absolute lowest point in life. Due to both personal and work pressures I wasn’t taking care of myself and forgot how to even love myself. As a result, a recent medical put my BMI in the obese category and none of my clothes fit me any more.

I’ve never been one of those people who loves the gym or looks forward to exercise, and honestly the idea of joining a Boot Camp class outdoors made me want to run a mile… in the opposite direction.

Since joining ACE-FITNESS I have fallen in love with training. Not only have I lost weight and feeling fitter than ever before but.. dare I say the most important part of the experience is that it is actually FUN! The group I train with are all amazing people; I have made a few friends and we all have the best time together as no class is ever the same.

To date I have lost 7kg, dropped my BMI down from 35.8 to 27.8, lost 11% body fat and got my visceral fat down from 9 to 6 all in the first 6 weeks.
