If you’re someone who escapes into your spiritual practice as a means of solace amidst a world of chaos, you’re not alone. The pandemic, global warming, job insecurity, gun violence, racism, homophobia, and misogyny, war, inflation, reduced access to healthcare, and inequity across nearly every sector of society can leave all of us feeling untethered if not downright lost.
But when does escape become escapism? When our spiritual practices call us to cultivate and connect with our common divinity, why do we choose to distance ourselves from our humanity? Instead of contextualizing spirituality as only one part of our lives, how do live into our paths in an expansive, embodied way that awakens vibrancy, self-awareness, and liberation in others?
Through storytelling, community dialogue, reflective inquiry, and practical practice, Zoraiz invites you to embrace transformative leadership as an alchemical spiritual practice. Join them in an exploration of how leadership can serve as a means by which we can usher the base, heavy aspects of our humanity—power, fear, greed, indifference—into the light for transmutation and drive the evolution of our collective consciousness forward.

Congratulations to the class of 2024!
This interactive event hosted by the Transformative Leadership M.A. program focuses on the power of systemic leadership. The first part of the workshop delves into conceptual aspects, during which you will learn about the transformative principles inspired by ‘bien vivir,’ a systemic cosmovision rooted in Indigenous wisdom that celebrates interconnectedness and holistic inclusion. Together, we will challenge conventional paradigms and embrace a systemic, integral, and relational approach to leadership, paving the way for a harmonious and sustainable future. The second part is more applied, where you will be invited to engage in exercises exploring core skills for navigating complex systems with grace and efficacy.

WOSC 19th Congress 2024
Shaping collaborative ecosystems for tomorrow
The complexity of interactions and relationships in our world have consistently surpassed our ability to fully comprehend and govern. The presence of intelligent tools, both in the digital and physical realms, is progressively enhancing our capacities to act on personal, organizational, national, and international levels, leading to both intended and unintended consequences. Collectively, these changes are reshaping our primary habitat—the planet Earth—at a speed and scale that necessitate earnest consideration. In the midst of uncertainty, the development and utilization of these new capabilities would greatly benefit from CyberSystemic approaches and methods of learning. This advancement is crucial for fostering a sustainable understanding and taking actions to avert major threats to our civilization.
Therefore, Congress's submissions are encouraged but not constrained by the following themes:
Enhancing Active Citizenship and democratic processes
Integrating ecological, social, and economic dimensions of organizational governance and management
Combining Physical, Digital, Natural, and Artificial worlds into CyberSystemic ontologies
Learning to develop new personal and organisational capabilities
Home WOSC actively facilitates the organization of triennial congresses across diverse regions globally, aiming to enhance its local presence and foster collaboration among members of the systems and cybernetic communities. These congresses are orchestrated and overseen by local institutions, including u...
