Instructions:
Season filet mignon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Set aside to rest.
In the same pan, melt butter and cook shrimp until pink. Remove and set aside.
Add lobster meat to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
Return shrimp to the pan and stir to combine.
Plate the filet mignon and top with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.

📋 Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 pound steak (strip loin, rib eye, etc.)
Cajun seasoning to taste
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup chicken broth (or dry white wine)
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (or to taste)
1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning and sear until browned on both sides and cooked to your liking. Set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, add butter and melt it before cooking shrimp until just pink, about 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.
Add broth and deglaze the pan by scraping up the brown bits at the bottom.
Stir in the cream, dijon mustard, and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 minute.
Add cheese and let it melt into the sauce.
Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and shrimp. Pour this amazing sauce over the steak and serve!

Ingredients:
1 lb cooked birria meat (beef or lamb)
10 corn tortillas, cut into triangles
2 cups red enchilada sauce or birria consommé
1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 eggs (optional)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 lime, cut into wedges
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the tortilla triangles until crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
