We're excited to welcome Georgio Rivetti of to Delfina next Monday, 10.21, for a by-the-glass takeover. With one foot in Tuscany and one in Piemonte, La Spinetta focuses on indigenous grape varietals, low yields, and green practices resulting in a selection of approachable yet robust and exciting wines. Fazzoletti with pesto, potatoes and green beans is a traditional Ligurian dish and one of our summertime faves. Fazzoletti means "little handkerchiefs" and the pesto is made from basil picked in the morning and blended into a vibrant green sauce before it ever sees the inside of a fridge.
