Look what we found! We maintain owl boxes down at the Marina for the City of Brisbane, CA-City Hall. The owl boxes were installed to attract natural predators in the area to help control rodents.
As pest management professionals it is our duty to protect people, property, and pets while minimizing our impacts to the environment. Afterall, we know that ecosystems are self balancing, it’s usually human activity that tips the scales. It’s great when we get to contribute to our natural allies, letting them do what they do in alignment with our goals. We’re so happy to share the result of one of our long time partners initiative. Don McClymond of the City of Brisbane passed away several years ago, among his legacy of good deeds are generations of owls controlling rodents along the Brisbane waterfront. RIP Don #biodiversity #ipm

Here is Luis demonstrating how with the proper pest bait application, you shouldn’t be able to reach the pesticide in certain areas. This ensures safety of children, faculty, or pets. This is a behind the scenes of our school walk through video that will shown May 17th at the Pest Coast Workshop! We are excited to be apart of this constantly educating community.
