Kinetic Staffing is in search of outgoing and friendly retail staff to represent a luxury teeth whitening product in a new retail space. Weekday hours run 8 hrs per day, six days per week. You can chose a schedule that works for you, either part time or full time. This store opens on 11/22/21, we are interviewing and hiring immediately.

About this position

We are looking for a retail sales representative to provide excellent customer service and to educate consumers about our products.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave the store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Responsibilities:

Handling customer questions
Providing information about products/services
Informing customers about sales/discounts
Communicating precisely with customers
Requirements:

Experience in retail sales, luxury retail experience is even better
Effective communication skills
People person nature
High school diploma or certificate in sales
About Kinetic Staffing

We are a nationwide staffing agency with luxury brand clients around the country. We place staff for short term and long term programs and offer job opportunities with hundreds of clients around the country. Kinetic Staffing is a W2 staffing agency. We pay every week via direct deposit. For part-time staff pay ranges from $22.50 - $25.00 /hr depending on experience.

Kinetic Events has part-time and full time positions available immediately with flexible scheduling options every day, including weekends.

We are filling positions that require friendly personalities that are comfortable interacting with others. Those with hospitality, retail, or brand ambassador backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

We are currently staffing greeters and customer liaison roles for a transportation company. Our role is to greet workers as they board a company shuttle bus to and from their jobs.

Positions start July 6th and continue throughout the summer and fall. Additionally, there are opportunities for career employment by getting hired on by our clients.

Each day is an 8 hour day with paid breaks. There is an early morning shift that starts at 5:30AM and goes until 1:30 PM and a second shift that starts at 8:30 AM and goes until 4:30 PM.
