Hello my lovelies,
I know many of you are traveling for the holidays and I wanted to share some of my favorite getaway-ready products!
1. I always try and pack lightly (who wants to deal with the baggage nonsense?), even my skincare. I bring the travel sizes of Biologique Recherche Lait VIP O2 Cleanser which oxygenates and nourishes the skin (Tip: Apply Lait VIP 02 to dry skin before your shower, leave it on for a mask-like treatment) and Biologique Recherche Lotion P50 to help balance my skin. I also suggest these travel sizes to my clients who want to give a product a test run before committing to full-size.

2. As you all know, I forever preach to my clients, "Sunscreen! Even on cloudy days!" and of course I make them repeat after me, "I will reapply sunscreen every two hours." Well, apparently a sneaky drink that masqueraded as a smoothie but appeared to have a good deal of rum, made me forget my own advice—which resulted in a sunburn. I didn't run to the hotel store for a remedy, rather I went straight to the kitchen and asked for sour cream. If you get a sunburn, apply cold sour cream or yogurt to the affected area and rinse off after 20 minutes. The proteins instantly soothe skin while lactic acid gently exfoliates peeling skin and helps it heal.

3.I love a multi-tasking sunscreen like Revision Skincare Intellishade SPF 45. It protects your skin and acts as a buildable-coverage foundation. I call it my shape-shifter because it literally adapts to any skin tone. My friend has pale, Irish skin and my skin is more olive.
