I didn’t realize that my struggle with self-doubt and impostor syndrome as an incoming freshman at Pepperdine, despite being a ‘High School All American Baseball Player,’ would eventually lead me to develop a 3-step framework to overcome similar fears in the future.In this solo episode, I share my story and 3-step framework to help overcome self-doubt and impostor syndrome:

1️⃣Work Hard: There’s no substitute for hard work. Put in the effort consistently.
2️⃣Focus: Be very deliberate about what you’re trying to accomplish.
3️⃣Learn and Let Go: Take lessons from every experience and move forward with confidence. Don’t be too hard on yourself.  Reward yourself for trying.
