Getting In Shape For Cosplay: Balancing your health, mental wellness, and personal fitness!

Seanpai shares his knowledge and expertise in the realm of health & wellness by teaching the audience methods to transform themselves into their ideal nutritional states by developing healthy eating habits, balancing blood sugar levels, finding the right diet to fit the person, how to effectively read food nutritional labels, and more. In addition to a healthy lifestyle, the importance of a healthy mindset is also discussed and methods in which to develop and train a stronger mind so that any goal is accomplish-able. Seanpai also shares various fitness tips and exercise routines ideal for a beginner, intermediate, as well as an advanced fitness enthusiast. Sean finds utmost joy in unlocking the inner potential of every person that he meets and believes that through a positive mindset there’s limitless possibilities to what we can achieve.

PMX welcomes SCI (SoCal Industrialists)

SCI (SoCal Industrialists) is an industrial dance group that was started during the first DasKlub.com Industrial Dance contest in late July 2011 by 6 individuals in the Los Angeles goth/industrial scene. With each dancer bringing their own individual style of industrial dance mixing it with other dance styles and genres.

Since the first videos launch, SCI has had many videos added to their youtube channel (youtube.com/SCIDanceCrew) and a change of members over the years, with many styles of industrial dance from many dancers with different backgrounds. SCI has been an on-going project to showcase the industrial scene of Southern California with various performances at clubs in the Los Angeles goth/industrial scene, and continues to do so despite its current hiatus. Currently there are 5 active members; Mechanikill, Artemix Luna, Boss D. Impetuous, Synthetic Krome, and WRECKAGE.
