Aji de Gallina: pulled chicken breast in a yellow chile sauce on boiled potato and hard boiled egg. We reimagined this dish while still maintaining its integrity. What Came First?: Pillowy gnocchi and tender chicken in a rich Aji Amarillo cream sauce, drizzled with cilantro oil, and topped with a 63° egg. Coming this weekend to celebrate Peru on their Independence Day!
