Don’t forget that tomorrow and every Friday, we have smoked Tri-Tip sandwiches. We trim and dry brine our tri-tip for 16- 24 hrs and then we slow smoke for 2-3 hours with our premium Pro Blend wood chips(oak/hickory/cherry).

This morning I woke up to this notification! Thank you to all who voted for us on Nextdoor! We really feel the love and the support from the Nextdoor community! Not everyone knows that full story about how Primo’s came to be and it’s definitely been the biggest struggle in our lives! There were days that we made only $80 the whole day. Things picked up a bit when one of the neighbors posted about us on Nextdoor and people started coming in and trying us and more people posted about us and spread the word. We will forever be thankful for that! Special thanks to and for posting us on next door. I know there’s more people that posted us on Nextdoor but I can’t tag them because they don’t follow us on IG , but thank you anyway!

Primo jr. making the fresh strawberry Agua Fresca!

Tomorrow and Friday, we will have our aguas frescas. We will have Strawberry and also our watermelon Lemonade. These are made from real fruit, no powder or flavored syrup.

I’m not the type to put my personal business out there but I’ve been getting questions as to why we have been closed for the past two days. Well here it is, we got hit by a drunk driver while taking our son to school so we had to make the decision to close our business to take care of the situation with getting a rental and making sure that our business is clean. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but believe me, I’d rather lose the sales than to potentially risk the quality or cleanliness of our food and equipment. our priority is the safety of our food we provide, that is why our health score with the county health department is 100%. We will resume back to normal hours tomorrow
