In celebration of Earth Day, April 22nd, what are you doing to help mother earth? What have you done or plan to do to reduce waste and not contribute to more plastic and other waste?

For me personally, I switched to laundry sheets that are 100% plastic free. The packaging is 100% recycled carboard and they are so simple to use. I just pull out a sheet or two or part of sheets for my laundry! There are several other things I have done and will share those over the next few days to inspire you!

This is a blog post I wrote a while back talking about my experience working with NAET. For those new to this technique, it is a way to reset/convince your body and mind that certain things are not harmful to you!! Last month, I offered classes to patients, family and friends to empower them with knowledge on how to take care of themselves; Providing tools that they could do at home for themselves like Acupressure. The money raised was to purchase Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for first responders and healthcare workers on the frontline. We are fortunate in CA with our low cases and less exposure to the severity of COVID-19. So, I reached out to a friend who is a nurse on the East Coast. Heather Oakley

Long story short, I donated 100% of my proceeds to provide 150 surgical masks and face shield, as well as a healing session to a Nurse working in CT in PACU/ICU (plus rotations around the hospital where they need her most). As we see more suffering on the part of our healthcare workers, I am offering more healing sessions for any healthcare worker who needs help. Please nominate and submit names of someone who could use my help or have them contact me directly. I will be doing this for 4-6 more people who could use relief in their mental and physical health.
