Starting December 1, 2024, Santa Clara County will launch the CARE Court program to help connect individuals with severe mental health challenges to community-based treatment. Join us for a virtual meeting to learn more about the County’s plan for this initiative. Two sessions are available on November 5 and November 13. These programs include outpatient treatment, su***de prevention, emergency behavioral health care, including temporary hospitalization for individuals with severe behavioral illnesses.
