New 5.0-star Review: "I don't usually do reviews or fill out surveys, but I was impressed with Los Gatos Roofing. The work was done in the latter part of April 2024. First, LGR provided a rapid response to my request for a quote and were very punctual on the appointment. Brandon Sisk came to the house and looked it all over to see what we needed (as opposed to one quote where no-one even came to look). He was very knowledgeable and professional and patiently answered my many, many questions and concerns. He provided information and brochure material on new shingles and other options we could choose. Of the quotes we got, LGR was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. However, from my pleasant interaction with Brandon, the fact that LGR is a Diamond Certified company, my verification of their licenses, and positive reviews online, I decided they would be the best to replace our roof. Brandon then became the project manager. Next, when the work began, the efficiency and professionalism of those removing the old roof as well as the ones installing the new were something to watch (the entire old roof was removed and cleaned up in less than four hours). For the new roof, the decking where there had been a long standing leak was replaced and a few other areas were repaired. All workers with whom I had contact were courteous and friendly in demeanor. Ancillary efforts, like new material delivery and new gutters and downspouts, were well coordinated and done by obvious professionals in these areas. Projected to take about three days, all the work, including gutters, was completed in less than two. Afterwards, I was very pleased with the extent and completeness of the cleanup. They used a large bar magnet to collect all the dropped nails, and (with permission) went into neighbors' yards to clean up debris that had gone over the fences on either side. After the work was done, Brandon coordinated the final inspection and continued to be a pleasure to work with until the end. The new roof and gutters look fantastic and the long-standing leak that was getting serious over our kitchen area is now gone, as proven during the recent rain. Thus far, I believe I have gotten my money's worth. From my experience, I would highly recommend Los Gatos Roofing to anyone with roofing needs."

The roof may look great, but underneath, there are leaks waiting to happen:(. Argh, especially during rainy seasons when leaks appear where you never had them before. My wife interviewed multiple companies and settled upon Los Gatos Roofing because of Robert. He is courteous, straightforward, and personable and has a wealth of knowledge. The crew was quite friendly as well. They redid our roof over 1.5 years ago and through the two rainiest seasons in sometime, our roof has performed wonderfully to protect our house. (Looks fantastic as well.). Just yesterday, we discovered some small water accumulation coming form a window frame, no water damage on any of our ceilings or walls, and decided to give Robert a call to investigate. He answered his phone immediately and came out the same day to inspect everything. They didn't charge us anything for visit and deemed everything looked good.
