This past Sunday’s buffet had a great turnout! This really helped us to know what to expect for our next three, and how we can better prepare to serve our customers seamlessly.

We will be changing our buffet menu every week but keeping some staple items, like Chicken Wings (flavors change each week), Roti Canai, Tom Yum, and Mango Sticky Rice. Additionally, we may be introducing items in our buffet that are not on our regular store menu.

BBQ Pork and Eggroll Vermicelli (Bún)

We marinate our meat for at least 12 hours to ensure the flavors of garlic and caramelized soy sauce are fully absorbed. It’s then grilled to a tender perfection, ready to be complemented with light vermicelli noodles, fresh lettuce, bean sprouts, mint and cucumber. Served with our house fish sauce, pickled carrots and radish, and topped with crushed peanuts.

This popular Vietnamese dish is the perfect pick for a light healthy meal that is still packed with depths of flavor. And we do it really well 🤷
