This week marks 5 years in business. We haven’t celebrated an anniversary since we’ve been open because there was always more work to do, always something to figure out, and I know now that there always will be. So today, on year 5, we’re gonna take some time to reflect and appreciate all that it’s taken to get to this point. I can’t fully express my gratitude for all the lessons learned, all the fun had, and all the people met. I can’t fully express my gratitude for all of you. Our team here, past and present. Thank you for being a part of the journey. All of your one of a kind personalities and talents have made and continue to make this place shine. Our regulars who’ve been with us since day one and the new faces we get to see on a daily basis. Thank you. You’re the reason we get to continue doing what we love. It’s been a wild ride, but we’re just getting started.
