Picking up updates on the California LTC tax mandate act AB567.

For those of you who are unaware that the state of California has passed a law that will levy a tax on W-2 wage earners and small business owner to cover the cost of Long Term Care.

This is a 21 Billion Dollar a year tax grab for the US government.

They’ve implemented this in other states, CA and NY are next.

They have been very hush-hush about this mandated tax act and will announce it some time in November leaving you no time to opt out.

Once your in you miss the deadline you are obligated and they will draft up to 1% from your check each pay period.
After the announced date of January 1, 2024 it will be to late. California has more that 4 times the W-2 wage earners and small businesses owners than some other states.
